Cancellation Charges
If your order is still open in our system, please call us at (888) 622-6522 to cancel. You will not be charged any shipping or restocking fees.
If your order has shipped:
You may refuse the delivery and the product will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt, you may be charged up to a 35% restocking fee in addition to all associated shipping fees.
If you have received your order and it does not meet your needs, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number at (888) 622-6522.

Creative Living Medical supplies products directly to authorized dealers. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we determine it was placed by an unauthorized buyer.
Returns
No items will be accepted for return after 30 days from the purchase date. All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number from our customer service department.
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all freight charges associated with returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact customer service immediately. Claims for shortage, breakage, or any other issues must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping containers must be retained if damage occurs. Customers are responsible for all freight charges incurred.
