Shipping Policy
At Creative Living Medical, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, reliably, and at the best possible cost. Shipping times and rates calculated on our website are estimates. In cases where adjustments are necessary, we may prepay and add freight charges to your invoice. This helps prevent delays and chargebacks if your account cannot be used at the time of shipment.
Cancellation Policy
If your order is still open in our system, please call us at (888) 622-6522 to cancel. No shipping or restocking fees will apply.
If your order has shipped, you may refuse delivery. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply, along with all shipping costs associated with the order.
If you have already received your order but wish to return it, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number at (888) 622-6522.
Damaged Product
Claims for shortage, damage, or other issues must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
For LTL Freight deliveries (not UPS or FedEx Ground): Packages must be opened and inspected at the time of delivery for any concealed damage. All shipping containers must be kept if a shipment is damaged or short.

Returns
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be labeled with a valid Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained from our customer service department.
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all freight charges incurred with returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact customer service immediately. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping Address
- Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if corrections are needed.
- Creative Living Medical ships only to business addresses. Please provide your business name for accurate delivery.
- Shipments cannot be sent to PO boxes. Please enter a complete street address, city, and state.
- Include an accurate phone number and contact name to help ensure prompt delivery.
Freight
Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. These charges are part of your invoice total and are due accordingly. Freight charges are not discountable.
Shipping Accounts
We will make every effort to use your preferred shipping account. However, if that is not possible, we will prepay and add freight charges to your invoice. If a chargeback occurs, a separate invoice will be issued for shipping, due at the same time as the product invoice, and subject to applicable late fees.
Using your own freight provider: We pack all shipments with the highest level of protection. However, when you use your own freight forwarder, Creative Living Medical is not liable for damages once the shipment leaves our facility. We will assist with insurance claims and provide repair quotes if needed.
Back-Ordered Items
- Orders may ship in multiple shipments as items become available. Freight will only be charged once per order.
- If you require delivery by a specific date, please call our customer service team at (888) 622-6522 before placing your order.
How to Handle Damaged Freight
Step 1: Do not turn the driver away.
Step 2: Document all damage (both your paperwork and the driver’s).
Step 3: Accept the damaged goods.
Step 4: Prevent further damage to freight.
Step 5: File the freight claim immediately.
Step 6: If shipped on your account, pay the charges accordingly.
